1999 Grand Cherokee. Left turn signal does not work at all. All of the 4 ways work except the left rear. I have replaced the left rear bulbs and replaced the entire tail light assembly. Still no good. I checked the voltage at the connector that goes into the tail light assembly-no voltage. I can't find a detailed wiring diagram on the web. Under the rear of the vehicle, behind the rear bumper there will be a few wires running to a bolt in the frame (left side i think) Check that no wires are loose or boken. The problem is that where the ground point is located does not share good contact with the chassis where the ground should be. The solution is simple: Make up a jumper wire with #10 gauge wire about 10″ long. On one end, crimp on a ¼" round wire terminal. On the other end, crimp on a 3/8″ round wire terminal.
